RIAZ AHMAD versus STATE

Section 498 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) bail before arrest, denial of the accused was specifically named in the FIR with serious charges, such offenders did not receive extraordinary relief from arrest bail. There was no FIR against the accused. A complaint has been registered for the police complaint or the arrest of the complainant, which was the pre-condition of approval for the arrest. The High Court bailed the accused for the reasons stated above. Was denied, which called for interference by the Supreme. In the discretionary powers exercised by the High Court, the court dismissed the bail as per the accused before arrest.
