A bank, a co-operative bank, or any other person made under the Cooperative Society Act, 1925, or rules made by or under the Co-operative Society Act, 1925, to make or determine a settlement under section 63 or section 70A. The Co-operative Society Act, 1925 may be prosecuted under the provisions of the Code of Conduct against the officers of the Co-operative Societies, if they commit any crime in the performance of their duties under Section 65B of the Co-operative Society Act, 1925.
