He was alone in his office and had no court clerk. With the result that the scheduled petitions for the hearing were rejected for non-prosecution. The Council further requested that under Article 181 of the Demarcation Act, 1908, a three-year period was provided for such an application, stating that the request was not allowed on time. In the interest of justice and said that the two petitions which were rejected on the basis of illegal prosecution, they were restored to their original number.
