Constitution 79 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 174 Federal Federation of Pakistan without the implementation of a federal court case against the federal government as a party decree against which the appeal was filed, also suffered a hereditary defect. This meant the Federation of Pakistan did not implement the party as a party, and therefore, the decision passed in favor of the respondents (plaintiff in the case) was not enforceable against the decision lenders (government departure management).
