Article 199 Constitutional Jurisdiction Scope Petitioner claimed that he was entitled to membership of the Cooperative Housing Society because of his employment as an officer in the Society Petitioner. Was affected and was ineligible to receive a plot in the Housing Society. As far as the eligibility of a plot is concerned, the matter will be decided by the Society under its own rules. Privilege, either as a member of the Society or qualifying to receive a plot in the Society, such rights, if any, may be aggravated by the appropriate forum not exercising unusual constitutional jurisdiction.
