CARGIL INCORPORATED versus TRADING CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN

The plaint was filed illegally after the proceedings began, and the law had to consider that it had never been done. The High Court fixed the appellate court's order and allowed the second appeal and restored the trial court's order with costs.
