Section 114, 151, O XLVII, R1 Mental Health Ordinance (VIII of 2001), Section 32 The Applicant asserted that the appointment of defendant as defendant in the case of the Reader of the Court was not in accordance with the law. There was no action in the matter. Sub Joyce Validity Petitioner, failing to identify any fault in the review or no new and significant case or evidence presented that was not in the knowledge of the decision at the time of review, applied in the Central Review. The only complaint was that a crazy person was appointed as the guardian of the defendant, which was satisfactorily addressed, in order to protect the crazy person's property from abuse, the Mental Health Ordinance. Under Section 32 of 2001, a legally appointed guardian was required to request a review be dealt with accordingly.
