YAQUB KHAN versus STATE

Section 497 of the Prevention Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/324/34 was involved in the murder and the attempt to commit the murder, denying the incident was a traumatic event and a report was filed immediately. I was charged directly with the accused and the evidence was proof.
