The approved decree was suspended, requiring 20% membership to be viewed by the Registrar only when there were already two registered trade unions in the Establishment, but in the present case, only one registered trade. The union was there. And the second trade union decision to be taken by the registrar was before the date of the applicant union before the date of respondent trade union. In the present case, it is evident that this procurement was made by the Registrar in a new inquiry. In the case of the Employees' Union whose formation date was before the Applicant's Union, the Registrar had to decide the registration of the applicants or in another way if the applicant was not registered in the trade union, the Registrar should proceed in connection with the inquiry. Will The said union order has been set aside and the registrar of trade unions has been advised to proceed in this matter with every possible need.
