Final, provided that the applicant not only opted to retire after completing 25 years of service before it was withdrawn by the competent authority, but also started receiving pension. , There was no illegal interference in the letter of retirement, nor any discrimination. The constitutional petition was presented to the applicant as being devoid of any legal power, he was dismissed, under the circumstances.
