VII, R 11 (a) Specific Relief Act (I, of 1877), under section 54 for the purpose of seeking protection in its possession, in a case involving a permanent injunction in the 54th state for a permanent injunction. A request for a rejection of a platinum validity partner with certain ownership cannot be protected by the possession of the property outside its shareholder until the division is replaced by law. Plaintiff cannot be dismissed without determining whether her possession by the plaintiff exceeds her share, and the plaintiff had to take action to file a lawsuit. Can retain possession until partition, if it is found to be part of it, then the request for dismissal of the plaintiff in the case is dismissed.
