Section 42 The plaintiff claims that the defendants are taking illegal part of their home. The property property consists of two separate properties owned by different evacuation owners The Department's settlement site failed to develop the plan or a document shows that the property held by the parties is different. Under each other's measurements and boundaries, courts have failed to recognize that the Department of Justice was the essential party in resolving the dispute, as the issue of identifying the two properties has been remanded to the trial court under which the Department settled. Work has been directed to approve the suit as a decision. Both courts were held separately
