After two months and 24 days, an appeal was filed before the Service Tribunal, which was rejected. The Petitioner held that the order of re-relocation under section 21 (2) of the Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974 was an original order and because no appeal was provided against it. The order, the service tribunal was not considered justified in dismissing its appeal on the basis that it required that a public servant submit a departmental appeal / representation to the departmental authority. And after taking advantage of 90 days, the appeal was to be filed with the service tribunal within one day, in which case, the necessary provisions of the application were rejected.
