Preamble West Pakistan Cotton Control Rules, 1966 West Pakistan General Clauses Act (VI of 1956), Section 2 (41) Government of Sindh Notification No 8 (202) SC (EX) / 91 Government Gazette published in 30 11 1999 The notification of K 30 notification, published on 11/11, 1999, showed that the government has increased the cost of cotton from Rs 6 to Rs 10 / per 1000 kg, which has been applied since 1799 1991 but for such an increase fee. The demand was not made by the Cotton Jenners officials. Seven years or so after the Syed notification was issued on 17 2 1991 but it was first published in the Official Gazette on 30 1999 11 1999, the authorities had no evidence that Cotton Jenners was released before publication. It was learned that there was an increase in the cost of cotton. The Government of Sindh's Gazette did not recognize any prejudicial enforcement of a financial declaration regarding the law of legitimacy unless it was published in an office and the issuance of a notification was not of legal importance. l The notification of the Gazette under section 2 (41) of the West Pakistan General Clauses Act, 1956 means a notification published under the appropriate authority in the Official Gazette, which also contains a notification regarding the current matter before its publication in the Official Gazette. Cannot legally issue a notification notice. There were no legal options and no legal effect against the Cotton Genres demand issued on 2 10 1998.
