COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX, ZONE B, PESHAWAR versus ZABEEL PALACE HOTEL, PESHAWAR

The Supreme Court's decision regarding the delay in filing Article 188 amendment petition was banned for 128 days, stating that the delays were moved for no reason and the department Authorities were reluctant to take legal action and were eventually banned. Due to such behavior of the individual, the department and the public inspector in the matter of financing were established without realizing that the court suffered a great deal of alertness and responsibility. The person must not allow this. In the absence of any discharge from the court proceedings, the petition for condolences, the review petitions, was rejected with the direction of the relevant authorities to prosecute the officers / personnel responsible for not complying with legal remedies.
