NAZAR HUSSAIN versus STATE

Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/148/149/395/396 Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979), Section 17/4 Murder, robbery, robbery and murder and forbidden bail. The denial of the case was a double murder in which two innocent youths lost their lives who were brutally killed and this crime came under the prohibited clause of section 497, a reasonable basis for the CCP.
