Article 39 In violation of a contract breach, the innocent party shall have the choice of the innocent innocent party to either accept the contract and thus confirm or accept the nomination and be considered upon termination of the contract. Where the innocent party continues with the selected contract and certification, such certification will be irrevocable and the contract will continue as a whole, meaning that it cannot suspend the breach of contract with the restoration of the contract.
