Section 9 (b) of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), benefit of doubt of section 13 evidence and the pistols recovered from the accused were not sealed in parcels only after the recovery of samples of the recovered substance. The investigating officer sent to the science laboratory did not examine any of the common people through the FIR, and the prosecution's evidence revealed that the heroin was recovered from the accused, while in the examination of the accused under section 342, C Recovery of RPC marijuana was noted, such typographic error, if any, at any stage during the trial. Prior to the petition or the entire story of the High Court prosecution, as such, the alleged pistol was recovered from the accused, and no attempt was made to correct it. It was reported that a copy of the license without the pistol license had been submitted to the High Court, in which the advertisement was valid as the state's licensed pistol was licensed, in a trial on a technical matter in the trial court. Remanding would be a futile exercise, the prosecution's case was full of suspicions in which the accused was acquitted.
