Article 188 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Sections 561A, 144 and 195 (1) (a) Disobedience of law enforcement order by public servants, enforcement of FIR Complainant, was not a public servant, but Was not a private individual. The provisions of section 188, PPC, eligible for filing a complaint can be suppressed only if the compliance with Section 195, CRPC was proved neither the complainant was a self-employed nor a subordinate. Nor was he eligible to file a complaint. Under Article 188, the idea of an express restriction placed on a private person to refer the police to the case for registration, did not justify the registration of the PPCFIR, which was responsible for cancellation.
