In the event of a failure, the matter was not referred to arbitration and the labor union (CBA) filed an application under section 44 (2) of the Punjab Industrial Relations Act, 2010, under which the union resolved the dispute. The complete procedure was reviewed for. The CBA and the employer were found to have no impairment, weakness or impairment in the IM through the mechanism provided in Sections 38 to 45 of the Punjab Industrial Relations Act 2010.
