PUNJAB SEED CORPORATION THROUGH DIRECTOR ADMN. versus SALMA BIBI
Claims and Widows in relation to Section 47 Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (I68 of I68), Section Oz 10B & 12 Workers' Compensation Act (VIII of 1923), Sections 19, 21, 23 and 30 of Group Insurance Claiming for a grant from the Commissioner, the deceased employee in front of the Worker's Compensation, whose claim has been accepted by the Commissioner Employer (Appellant) Corporation, claims that the deceased was never posted as a driver, nor comfortable. Neither casual nor wages nor all permanent employees of the corporation were insured, but the deceased was not a permanent employee of the corporation. It is understood that the deceased was an employee of the corporation, even in his cross-examination the witnesses from the corporation testified that the deceased was an employee of the corporation, who had filed a complaint to regularize his services, which was filed by the corporation. The evidence presented was dismissed after the death. ING and infidelity, while verbally and documented evidence of the deceased widow's confidence in the minor contradictions from an uneducated woman's mouth, in this case lasted for more than 9 months. Could have been refused to serve as a department. The status of a Permanent Worker Commissioner, under the circumstances, was rightly accepted by the employer corporation's employee's widow's claim, in which case they were rejected.
