Section 2 302 (b) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 3 (185 (am)) of the conviction after acquittal of the appeal against acquittal again, to take advantage of the arrest of the accused again FIR fines under section 2302 (b), PPC. I was sentenced to death by delay and trial court. The nine-hour delay in filing an FIR, set aside by the High Court and acquitted by the accused, was a minor one. Witnesses were closely linked to the deceased as the son and nephew were present in the public place for a broad daylight but not to support the prosecution's case. There was only one witness who found that the injuries caused by the traumatic injury were merely a finding, and finding that this showed a dispute between the ocular account and the medical account was not contrary to the evidence. Nor did any arbitral court refuse to intervene. The appeal of the High Court's leave to appeal was denied.
