Under civil law, torturing educators, placing them at the behest of the Higher Education Commission and allegedly keeping them locked up for several hours cannot be justified in any criminal proceedings, Despite knowing that their act was illegal, the authorities suspended the decision. Supreme Court approves decision for relief in leave granted for appeal
