I caused a delay. The officer was located in the same town where the matter was pending before the trial court and could not be delayed in settling the matter. If the relevant record could be summoned with the record keeper, the trial court's order would have imposed justice. Was misunderstood. The trial court denied the right to a fair trial and a fair hearing on the direction of the accused high court under the prescribed procedure and the right granted by the court.
