For not submitting the court fee, a valid notice was served to the tenant for the same address which was given by him in the constitutional petition but he did the same. Did not receive notice he was also affixed to the door of the tenant's house and made a publication in the newspaper but he did not present It was reported that the rental tribunal had deliberately avoided service of the notice and the order to remove the ex-parties had been approved. The tenant had a way of separating the previous party order within 10 days of the date of treatment. But it didn't work. The said remedies and the appeals for which the ban was imposed did not provide any explanation for the delay in filing the appeal. Under the Punjab Rented Premises Act, 2009, the court may exercise any and all powers of a civil court as late as the order of a civil court and for that purpose, the final order passed by the Rent Tribunal. The order of the tenant of the court was that the adversary did not commit any illegal motion by the appellate court while the appellate court committed any unlawful move by excluding the appeal for non-submission of required court fee.
