The State's counsel strongly opposed the request for a pending property and property settlement application under section 516A Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 516A, CR PC for the release of section 395 vehicles. The applicant did not cooperate with the police and did not provide the names and addresses of the drivers of the vehicles. That vehicle was in that case.
