Ordinance 1984, provides that the Registrar shall submit legal notices to the Company through the Post Officer failing to furnish postal receipts from the Registrar and in the absence of postal receipts it cannot be stated that the applicant's Legal notices were served on the order. The removal of the company name without the legal notice service was bad in law and could not be retained.
