MY BANK LTD. THROUGH PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE versus RIZWAN & SONS
Section 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), AXXI, R11, filed an objection to the execution of a decision by the claimant stating that he was not a party to the case and not against it. Nor has any order been passed against his property. It was that the plaintiffs had maliciously and deliberately enforced the decision debtor as the parties in the execution process, the lender of the justification decision was not a party to the case and was not before the court. Without it, no order affecting ownership rights could be approved. The right to a hearing was given by the other decision's debtors under payment and it could only be binding on them and the High Court upheld the objections raised by the decision's debtors against their property and ordered that the decision be made. Cannot sell property for lending By the satisfaction of the decree
