A. XXXVII, the application for leave authorization to defend suit RR 2 and 3 suit for recovery of money on the basis of the pro note was submitted to the deputy registrar of the court for deposit of the suit. The money was deposited in the profit scheme and accordingly the profit was invested in the scheme so that the money was deposited and invested in it as per the High Court order. The trial court's decision and injunction were set aside. It is understood that the trial court is pending, which will also issue a copy of the said judgment with the record which will decide the case according to law.
