Section 35 Penal Code (XLV of 1860), section 302 (b) The conviction of the accused on two counts was punishable by two. His death sentence, however, was limited to life imprisonment on both counts. It was alleged that his death sentence should run concurrently, Century 35, CCP prohibited the continuation of punishment in a case beyond the fourteenth year. In the interest of justice, it was directed that all prison sentences be sentenced to the accused simultaneously.
