Article 199 Constitution Petition The Civil Service Posting and Transfer Petitioner was transferred to Government Middle School in Government M Government and relinquished when the applicant applied for his new posting. Reportedly `M \, the headmaster of this school did not allow him to attend the school on the basis that there was no vacancy of PTC. In the school transfer order, the teacher had clearly stated that the applicant was being moved against the vacant post petitioner; circumstances, however, requested the executive district officer to be sent back to the high school in BB from where he was stationed. MM school was transferred to the school, and after canceling the transfer order, approached the transfer authority as well as accompanying him to the school `B where he was transferred, but the applicant. Was neither allowed nor paid for admission to this school. The middle Shetland was made, but he was neither given duty nor posting at any place, nor was he ordered to withdraw his salary for nullification of the transfer after ninety days, by an involuntary order. The applicant was granted legal authority for a short period of appropriate and effective action, accepting the constitutional application filed by the petitioner, the executive district officer (education) for the payment of the applicant's salary.
