Section 497 (2) Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 148 and 149 assassinations, attempt to commit murder Qadal Amjad, riot with deadly weapons, illegal assembly bail, further investigation grant during this incident. The instability of any injury was alleged that the accused persons shouted slogans during the incident to encourage co-accused persons, who fired on the deceased and injured witness, the prosecution's own case. There was no injury to the accused. In addition to the deceased, the accused witnesses were found innocent of the Partway Investigation, therefore, further investigation is needed to get them involved in the crime. The accused were accordingly admitted on bail.
