MUHAMMAD SAEED versus YOUSUF
Sections 302 and 337F (I) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) petitioner (complainant) were harassed by the High Court's decision to uphold the sentence, but sentenced him to life imprisonment.
