Act, 1975, and the stop gap was by arrangement until the holding of the appointment phrase until the next orders meant that the public servant remained in office until the termination orders were approved. The fact is that before this notification there was another condition that this appointment was in force. The same terms and conditions that apply to the officer promoted to the position of BPS 19 on a regular basis.
