He was dismissed from his job saying that his appointment was without merit and without any political pressure and that his appointment was illegal and that the appellant against government policy, who was FAPTC, took over as PTC. In which the appellant was interviewed by the Recruitment Television Committee and placed in Serial No.7 in response to an advertisement published in the newspaper. Was assigned to the appellant without notice for any reason and was dismissed without regular inquiry against him. Impressive orders for termination of employment were approved by the authority which were unable to pass. They were not able to maintain the care of the law accordingly
