The Section 4 Award was dismissed by the Order Settlement Grade Appeal to Service Tribunal in its appeal under the order under which they were not awarded the section CTT grade, while its junior was allowed the aforementioned grade. Section T had joined the first E, compared to the second E section T and both those E section T had also obtained the BAD qualification, which was pre-requisite for the section C TT grade, Was admitted, therefore, the section will not miss the CTT grade as it has acquired BED qualification at a later date. In the first batch, the qualification could not be given more priority than the one who later qualified in the batch because there was no principle for such a preference which had been included in the appellant respondents. As a matter of fact, a section CCT grade grant will be considered. That it obtained the BED qualification at a later date, if vacated, would not deprive the section CT T grade. Ancy Appellant was available, qualified on the basis of her BED qualification, but was ignored.
