Sections 19 and 21 were asked to provide the required information / documents related to the letter for failure to provide the information required for under-tacking, but the Undertaking failed to comply within the stipulated period, Undertaking by the Authority. In response to the Cause Notice submitted by Undertaking, after providing this information, the ShowCause Notice must be withdrawn. The required information was provided by Undertaking with a delay of eight days and the Undertaking delayed by eight days.
