Failure to Undertake in Provision of Sections 19 and 21 Required Information Undertaking Penal Undertaking was asked to provide information / documents under Section 21 of the Monopoly and Compulsory Trading Practices (Control and Prevention) Ordinance, 1970, but Yet he failed to do so when under-taking was reminded. Undertaking of letters was submitted with a showcase notice but was not answered by the Authority, and concluded that the Undertaking failed to provide the required information / documents with information or to respond to the cause notice. And has also been decided to appear before the Authority for acting under Section 19 (1) (a) of the Monopoly and Compulsory Trade Practices (Control and Prevention) Ordinance, 1970
