Already the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, the removal of the Punjab from 2000 has been in force under section 11 of the Ordinance, proceedings against the Appellant under the Punjab Civil Servants (Talent and Discipline) Rules, 1999. The illegal authority was instructed to initiate action against it. Appellant under removal of Punjab from the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000 and furthermore, if the proceedings were started, the authorities would proceed strictly in accordance with the law and in order to make a speech to pass them by the competent authority. Must be delivered to the logical end.
