MIAN KHAN versus STATE

Sections 497 (2) of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 148 and 149 of the conviction, aggravated assault with deadly weapons, illegal assembly bail, suspicion of contraband in further investigation grant medical and ocular evidence.
