Section 5 and the Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 constitutional application for the dissolution of the marriage and the recovery of the Dover suit were partially subject to the condition that the wife would not exclusively claim the Dover and his wife. The wife's dismissal for the recovery of the dowry articles was that she had proved her husband's cruelty with her and, therefore, could not refrain from claiming to have a dower immediately. Jawaz's wife could not prove it. That he had been subjected to cruelty and had been right. Marriage family court finding denied marriage was not unusual, however, requiring Dwyer to return immediately to declare marriage dissolution, but her husband admitted that he promoted his ex-wife. And was hidden from two previous children. At the time of marriage and marriage, the fact of the wife was, therefore, the hatred of the wife was such hatred against the husband when, in such a situation, the willingness of the wife to justify the dissolution on the basis of khallah was voluntary. If this was not accepted and the husband's actions provoked such hatred, the refundable Dwyer could be reduced; in the light of these findings, a refundable Dwyer was partially allowed on the next request.
