Section 498 Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hodgood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 16 Ed interim pre-arrest bail, the defendant was involved in the investigation and claimed to be the husband and wife while the alleged co-accused was the male suspect. Claim had a younger brother. The accused was based on a marriage contract, according to which the two accused had married their ex-husband after divorcing the woman accused because the accused had been charged in the FIR and further investigation and investigation was required. There was no evidence available on record for the accused's marital entry.
