R12 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Removal from the job The reinstatement government employee was promoted to the rank of chief engineer from the position of sub divisional officer but as a result he was demoted by a civil servant. He was acquitted of the allegations made and after that the case was reopened and he was severely punished. Under the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Employees (Talent and Discipline) Rules, 1978, removal of a government employee from power, the record has been disclosed and the lawyer's lawyer also acknowledged this. That the civil servant was not given a hearing nor was he informed of any ground, after his earlier treatment, sent a show cause notice to take action against him on removal from the service tribunal's order. The application for an appeal filed by the opposing authorities was approved, under which government employees were given a petition. Ur allowed the appeal, it was denied leave to appeal was rejected because it did not include any question of law of public importance.
