ABDUL HAMEED versus AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK OF PAKISTAN
An appeal against the order of the appellate court, section 22, in which the appellant was ordered to be arrested while executing the order while the bank issued a pre-admission notice and ordered that the appellant be sent to him in the meantime. After not being arrested, the appellant's lawyer demanded the prosecution get directions. The appellant did not provide instructions to his lawyer, under which he would pay the debt declared tomorrow, who requested the court to request the HC to hear the appeal that the appellant was illegally benefiting from the interim relief. If so, he dismissed their appeal.
