Sections 115 and 170 of the Insurance Act (I38 of 1938), Section 46 and 2 (6) [since repealed] of the Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Article 86 (a) and Section 5 of the Insurance Claim under the Revoked Insurance Act, 1938 Filing is restricted. In view of Article 86 (a) of the Limitation Act, 1908, the question was whether the insurance tribunal, construed under the Insurance Ordinance, could have waived the limitation period and insured such claim, 2000 thereof. Did not arrange for any legislation. Transferring claims to an insurance tribunal under the Insurance Act, 1938 or from time to time under the Cancellation Act, the insurance tribunal had no jurisdiction to entertain the application (insurance claim) under the canceled insurance. Was presented. The claimant for a claim for timely restriction arising from the insurance policy, before the commencement of the Ordinance, 1938, may apply to the court of jurisdiction authorized by the Cancellation Act, the views of the Limitation Act, 1908, which are relevant to the relevant court.
