Soon, CHAP 16, Part B, R15 Court Fees, Scope Joint Applicants Charge Charge Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against three Applicants (Defendants) in connection with the Joint Vice Joint Ways of Action. Applicants claiming ownership and occupying the heirs of the deceased applicant were being described as having possession of their title and common ancestral property under their joint / joint rights. The present case is one where joint rights were emphasized by the applicants and their reasons were in fact common. And that is why they can be charged a court fee on their joint application because the objection was rejected instead of proceeding with regard to the number of applicants.
