Section 11A & 11 (8) The duties of the Chancellor (Governor of the Province) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 105, the duties of the Chief Minister and the Chancellor of the University were subject to the advice of the Chief Minister as provided under the Constitution and the Constitution. Had made no distinction between the administrative and judicial duties of the Governor, so it would not be difficult to read this distinction with regard to the duties of the Chancellor in section 11 (8) of the Punjab Act, 1973. , In section 11 (8) of the Act, would be against the mandate of Article 105 of the Constitution
