Section 18 [As amended] Jurisdiction of the Appellate Court The appeal of the plaintiff against the trial court's order was dismissed on the ground that the appellate court had no jurisdiction to hear the appeal that the cause of the amendment in West Pakistan Punjab Civil Courts Ordinance (Amendment) Act 1986 and Punjab Civil Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 through Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962. The jurisdiction of the appellate court was increased by Rs. 25,00,000 and accordingly the appellate court should be ordered to decide on the appeal. For the purposes of the appellate court's legal jurisdiction, the value of the justification was increased from Rs 200,000 to Rs 25,00,000 by the Punjab Civil Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002, and since the appellate court was assessed 25,00, 000 was made and in the jurisdiction of the civil courts, the law amendment was a procedure and the amendment would affect the disappointment, therefore, the decision of the appellate court was set aside, and the appellate court was adjourned. The appeal filed by was directed to decide according to law and accordingly the amendment was accepted.
