The Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 302/34 guarantees only that the victim was last seen in his company for more than 1/2 consecutive year. He remained in jail and, despite the High Court's directive, the trial court could not examine all three material witnesses during the specified period of two months.
