SARDAR DILDAR AHMAD CHEEMA versus BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB THROUGH MEMBER (REVENUE)
Sections 4, 5A, 6 and 17 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Land Acquisition Notification of Land Acquisition by the Landlord was issued on 28th 1956 and the landlord who was the applicant's father was not compensated. The issuance of the notification shows that in the absence of any objection by the landlord, the suit lands with the provincial government and the property became the property of the landlord in the interest of detection of compensation and a petition submitted to the state treasury. Did not challenge the acquisition proceedings nor raise any objection to the acquisition of compensation when the landlord died, his estate was a compensation for the acquired land and after his death his legal heirs only paid the compensation. The money was not inherited and the land failed when the owner or interested person failed. Raising the Objection or Challenging the AC Read the Acquisition Procedure, Section 17 (1) and 6 with the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, after the issuance of the Gazette notification under section 17, regarding the acquisition of such person generally No end was canceled and no mistake was made about the landowner. Without any flaws in the state, it cannot be reversed and proceedings will not be terminated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, even if the award is not given within a legal time period, the authorities have submitted compensation. And the right to receive it was alive because the authorities did not deny the applicant's right to compensation, so there is no question.
